I hereby grant to RetroFIT Training Center the right to publish on the RetroFIT Training website, in print, electronic, or video format the likeness or image of my child, that RetroFIT Training Center or other members of RetroFIT Training Center has taken of me or in which I may be included with others.

I release all claims against RetroFIT Training Center or other members of RetroFIT Training Center with respect to copyright ownership and publication including any claim for compensation related to use of the materials.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished products.

I hereby grant permission to RetroFIT Training Center and members or RetroFIT Training during activities to use the photos on the RetroFIT Training Center website, audio-visual and printed materials for social media and marketing purposes exclusively for programming of RetroFIT Training Center.
